3. WhatsApp Communication

LERIC JEWELS uses WhatsApp as part of its current order-confirmation process.

After an order is submitted, relevant order information may be shared with the customer through WhatsApp or sent by the customer to our official WhatsApp account. This may include customer name, phone number, order reference, products ordered, quantities, product variants, order amount and delivery information.

WhatsApp is operated by a third party. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

4. Payment Information

The LERIC JEWELS website currently does not have an integrated online payment gateway.

We therefore do not currently collect card or UPI payment details through an integrated website checkout system. Payment instructions, where applicable, are communicated separately after order confirmation.

You should never share your card PIN, banking password, OTP or other confidential banking credentials with LERIC JEWELS.

5. Passwords

Your account password is intended to be stored securely using appropriate password-protection mechanisms. You should never share your password with another person.

If you believe your password has been compromised, change it as soon as possible and contact us if necessary.
